WATERJET CUTTING
Our brand new 2018 Omax Maxiem 1515 is capable of precision cutting 5' x 5' steel sheets up to 3" thick, maximizing your blade output per sheet. Send your steel straight to our warehouse and we guarantee less than a 4 day turn around.

CNC MILLING AND ROUTING
Our Axiom Precision CNC router can 2D cut almost any handle material on the market. We also have a full size 4 axis Haas Mill capable of almost anything else you can imagine. All we need are your handle dimensions (cad/cam or rough drawings)

LASER ENGRAVING
Our 50w fiber optic laser engraver can tackle any custom image engraving you throw at it. From small intricate blade engravings to 4" x 4" masterpieces, our laser, and on-site graphic artist do it all.

ABOUT
Precision Edge MFG. was born out of demand for a smoother and more transparent outsourcing process in the blade manufacturing industry. Owned and operated by Connor Toor, the lead bladesmith and CEO of Toor Knives, PEMFG focuses on tailoring custom programs for small and large blade companies in the industry. Connor found himself constantly fighting with current manufacturs that he outsourced with in the early stages of Toor Knives, as quality was LOW, production times were HIGH, and communication was WEAK. He finally became fed up, and began building a factory in San Diego, CA, that had all the machines you could image to build his blades.
As Toor Knives began to grow, he noticed an apparent lacking in the same areas of outsourced manufacturing for other blade makers. THEY WERE DEALING WITH THE SAME OUTSOURCING ISSUES! Not only were they struggling with quality, production times, and communication, but they were also being overcharged like CRAZY! This is where Connor drew the line and opened his shop to the industry. He began adding more machines in order to meet the demand of fellow knife makers, all while maintaining the quick turn around, and high quality they needed. Not to mention, prices stayed incredibly low.
Now working with over 11 different blade makers and companies, Precision Edge MFG. has put an end to the outsourcing nonsense. NO MORE SHITTY PRODUCT, MISCOMMUNICATIONS, LONG TURN AROUND TIMES, AND INCREDIBLY HIGH PRICES.

No more added fees for design work, CAD/CAM drawings, or extra bullshit your current machinists can think of charging you. We charge a low baseline hourly rate for all work to ensure our customers get a fair rate for all work.

NET 30
For those new knife companies or smaller hobbyist makers, our net 30 terms allow makers plenty of time to finish their blades and sell them at their retail price before fronting their manufacturing costs. During the early stages of Toor Knives, we faced a huge capital deficit when trying to front all manufacturing costs to meet the demand for blades. This is our solution to all makers facing the same issues.
2019 update
-To unlock this offer we must have done work together prior to this option.
-Net 30 program, we require a 20% deposit before cutting. Material must be payed for up front.
At 30 days the rest will be due with a 5% interest on the order.
This way you are able to complete your blades and get them sold before making a final and total payment.
Payment:
Payment at 30 days will have 5% increase on hourly manufacturing price
Payment at 7 days will have 3% increase on hourly manufacturing price
QUARTERLY SUBSCRIPTION
This allows blade makers to maximize their output while lowering manufacturing costs based on qty. It doesn't make sense to pay the same amount of money to cut one sheet of steel, as it would to cut 15. The more we make, the more you save. These packages grant access to all manufacturing machines. These features are all subject to a case by case basis with each individual company/knife makers.
2019 update
-This option is for our customers we work with on a routine basis. To unlock this option we must have done business in the past prior to this option.
Quarterly payments are due at the beginning of each qtr. (January, April, July, October) Prices are based on pieces manufactured on any of our machines.
Tier 1- 25-75 pieces per month
$890 per qtr.
Tier 2- 76-185 pieces per month
$1,950 per qtr.
Tier 3- 186-300 pieces per month $4,450 per qtr
